Hengshui Dongfang Chemical Co., Ltd., is a leading manufacturer of
nitrocellulose cotton for paint in China.

It was founded in 1991, a designated production enterprise by China
Weapon Industry Corporation. It takes only 2.5 hours to Beijing,
the capital of China and 3 hours to the Xingang seaport, the
biggest one in North China.

The nitrocellulose cotton can be widely used in the industry of
paint, linoleum, typing waxed paper, filter, paper ink, solid
alcohol and decorating materials.

We can produce various sizes from H 1/8 to 120 seconds. The output
